You don't have a correct understanding of the facts, the issues or the applicable laws. Business as usual.

@gatorbill I see where you disagreed with my statement. Perhaps you didn't notice that the OP failed to even mention the applicability of 52 U.S.C. § 21802. Don't you think that omission is significant? The courts will. And that's without me even explaining his misunderstanding of the facts. I'll let him figure that out.

Sending these election officials to jail? That's funny stuff.

Actually, some rules are rules for no good reason. And my perspective is that when those rules burden a right, they shouldn't stand.

    Absolutely.

It could be (successfully) argued that I do so much more than someone who voted for a guy who tried to overturn an election, publicly lied about fake voter fraud for four years, and tried to not peacefully transfer power for the first time in US history.

Those are just a couple principles.
I’d argue that you’ve voted against some very significant American ideals before.
I mean you did vote for brain dead Kamala who wanted nothing to do with our border….and consequently is responsible for allowing drug dealers and killers into our country.

Well, except that that's not true....

Also - I'm old enough to remember when Donald Trump secured the border!!

(Oh, wait - he just lied a lot about it. Never mind.)

rules and laws mean things- if you do not like them then do the work to try and change them, but until then as a law abiding citizen you have to enforce them

I disagree. Some rules and laws are unnecessary and unjust. I fully support resisting those rules and laws.

In Florida I had to show my DL with the star. The swipe didn’t work so they had to input the info manually before I could get a ballot. (in person).

Breaking the law, you say? You didn't vote for a convicted felon, did you?

I do support breaking unnecessary and unjust laws. It's an American tradition going back to the literal birth of the republic.
Thing is, I speed every time I drive. I imagine that's true of most of us. I'm prepared to face the consequences if some cop wants to pull me over for doing 7 over.

I'm not a lawyer but since Trump has not yet been sentenced, he is not technically a convicted felon.
