Probably the most articulate video Clay Travis has ever made. The guy is an absolute dolt and still thinks 2020 was stolen so his usual takes need to be taken with a grain of salt.

Every MAGA I know said that during the primary. Just the look on their faces when you mentioned her name said it all. Again. MAGA. Not intelligent, discerning voters, but more like a mob.

And yet, 7 of 10 went down with amendments. I'd argue Dobbs is working both ways. And if it succeeds in pushing abortion out of the national debate and to the state level, it was successful.

That's what my position has always been. Regardless of what ends up winning out, it is a state level issue.

They went down as independent votes though. It wasn't a big enough issue to change an election.

I mean if you put favorite color on a ballot, people will choose a color, but they won't vote the color over the economy.

Yeah, I haven't looked at it closely, but I think several of those went against the "Trump" grain.

If anything, you had the opposite here in FL where a lot of MAGA's voted against this (and weed) out of spite. But both were so close you can easily envision them passing easily in a non-MAGA election.

I wonder who told them to go to the Capital building in the first place?

Glad we didn’t need that vote Tilly you got the right to vote for whoever you want but bottom line it’s a wasted vote but at least you voted.

Using ones God given right to vote exactly how they choose is never a waste. Even if Trump had needed my vote...he didn't earn it and thats the issue.

Or they voted against the amendment for abortion because they felt like the state laws were permissive enough that we didn’t need a constitutional amendment.

As far as the weed vote I was told it would pass overwhelmingly as all the old people like their dope.

    Sure. That's why.

And it will never pop up again and never pass, right? No, it sails through next time, along with weed.

Ok sounds like you have to accept the fact he won too. Might as well accept it you will feel better.

It's interesting - and telling - that you pulled that from that statement. No, I will never get over the R primary and the insanity and base stupidity of the MAGA voter.

And I'm well over the general. Now it's just a matter of hoping he doesn't ----- it up completely, or maybe even gets some things right. Fingers crossed. That's our only option now.

3 points is a piece of cake. Just a matter of time. Plus, I'm old and I've got my card, so I got no problem waiting to enjoy those tears.
