Every time I point out how you are inventing an issue out of nothing, you create another nonsense issue.

You: Deion didn’t go to class so he can’t tell kids they should go to class
Me: Maybe he’s has matured in the past 40 years

You: Well why didn’t he say it?
Me: Maybe he did, and why does it matter

You: It wasn’t stated in the article.

    ——-

So, I would normally respond with how do you know he was fully quoted and didn’t say it? How do you know he hasn’t said it in person to the kids? Does he have to say it? Why?

But would it really matter if I asked it? You’d just keep moving the goalposts.

Deion can’t even give a positive message without being criticized.

You're asking me why I don't know everything that Deion Sanders says to everybody 24/7. You make a lot of sense. I "keep moving the goalposts"? No, you keep moving your nonsense. And I've heard enough of it. Over and out.

The obvious thing is his personality as a total douchbag. It shouldn’t be hard for anyone to imagine why he has so many detractors. If you like him, good for you . If many don’t, it shouldn’t be a mystery as to why tgat is.

It’s Bellicheat for me. His pressers are the epitome of arrogance. The fact that I have to listen to every news outlet fawn over him is like nails on a chalkboard. Here’s a guy who 1) had Tom Brady, 2) played in a historically weak conference and 3) STill had to CHEAT….

I’m not saying he’s not smart and can coach, but there’s plenty of shine off that apple.

Even if he does break Don Shula’s record, he’s a cheater. That is not mentioned nearly enough.

Why does he get a “ public pass” as a known & documented cheater, is beyond me.

He doesn’t. Plenty of us can’t stand him and know he’s a cheater. Tv pushes shit on us all the time. I watch very little and turn the channel as best I can but sometimes it doesn’t help. The dioshits are everywhere you look.

Deion threads have become my favorite offseason topic. I am swapping out my eggs for popcorn this morning and re-reading this thread. It's about sociology and psychology when it comes to Deion...The haterade is funny to me.

I love shitting on Dion. The only way it could be better is if it could literally happen.

I can sense that Wanne! Do your thing - shit as you please. But in a way, doesn't that make you a lot like Deion?

Wait, let me heat up this popcorn again....

I'd settle for throwing two buckets of water on him. "In memory of Tim McCarver!"

At least Deion will flash his personality and charm and give the media quotables. Belicheat is a smug prick of a guy who feels like he’s too important to answer questions, his interviews consist of him grumbling and mumbling a few words and looking like he’d rather be anywhere but there…and the media loves it. “Oh look at how serious and mean and gruff he looks on the sidelines, he’s got his trademark ripped hoody on. He means business!”

    Gag.

I think every college football coach has varying levels of douchebaggery in them. You kind of have to in this business, especially if you want to pull in teenagers to help build your program.

If you are declaring he didn’t do it, then the burden of proof is on you.

It’s not obvious to me that he has a bad personality, but you are right about that I do understand why he has so many detractors.

Sure, just be logical in your reasoning, or expect criticism.

It’s a bigger problem than that. I think his autocorrect has added the tgat word to his dictionary as he’s used it more than the word that.
