I'm saying that the source is crap, the poster is the same and that their entire movement centers around some weird (and unsustainable) woke rage. And that eventually they will have to lose that crutch and will thus fail miserably. And, hopefully, there will be very nasty retribution for being complete and utter traitors to your country and damaging the lives of your fellow citizens for something as pathetic and petty as "woke rage". Ok, I assume someone 'cheated' or tried at some point on literally any exam or licensing test for any job you can think of. Its almost certainly harder now than it used to be if you take it at one of those places that proctor them. You essentially have to lock up everything in a locker, and take the test on a computer, with a pen and paper as your only aid (or a calculator if permitted). And I wasnt controlling planes. Also your assumption here is that passing a test fairly = competence. The only real competence a written tests demonstrates is being able to pass a test.

I would identify the people who received his email and retest them. Give them the benefit of the doubt. If they have been on the job for awhile, the test should be a piece of cake.
