Henderson (Nev.) Liberty High School point guard Dedan Thomas Jr. is set to officially visit Florida starting March 4. The four-star 2024 prospect has already taken official trips to Arizona, Houston, UCLA and UNLV. Thomas has also expressed interest in Gonzaga. Seen some good chatter out there, too, especially with Hartman. Wonder how this kid would do as a 2023. Plenty talented, good skill set already, but also some talk that he may not be as good as the ratings suggest. Who knows at this stage. We definitely need someone else at the one next year. Hope we could one of Harris from the Celts or the Castillo kid from OK in 2024.
Yeah, he has said we, among others, are trying to get him to reclassify. We definitely need help at the 1 next year. Always the portal, but a high school player also would be nice.
