Dark red counties should troll deep blue counties this November

    Welcome back. I agree the reason is obvious. All I am suggesting is that a few key dark red counties do the same. Although, it will be more difficult for dark red counties to pull it off without raising some eyebrows, because absentee voters don't live in dark red counties. Only in deep blue counties.

    Except for the states that have allowed for absentee ballots for 30+ years such as Florida

    Again 5 hours is plenty of time to upload data and run a counting program
    We’re all well aware of the unnecessary shit show 2020 was. What’s done is done. I’m talking about upcoming and future elections.

    The ballots are literally sitting there in envelopes waiting to be run through machines. Poll workers in Pennsylvania and Michigan could not touch them until polls closed. Again, 100% on Republican legislatures in those states in the 2020 election. They KNEW this would be an issue.

    Until the poll workers are able to do that, there is no “data” to be uploaded. You seem to not be processing that aspect of manual labor in first scanning each individual ballot, instead going straight to the “data tabulation” phase. Like it’s magic or something. In most states, they scan them in right away as they come in, that’s why they have data ready to “upload” on election night. This is NOT what happened in Pennsylvania and Michigan. No ballots scanned = no data to upload. They had to start at the first step of scanning ballots (and a helluva lot more than they were accustomed to).

    Now I don’t think that was an issue in the other contentious states, like GA and AZ. I think those states were just super close. If a state is within the recount margin, it reasonably could take a few days to “call” or to give a final count (even though AZ actually was called, it probably ended closer than those pollsters thought). Ballots are definitely counted if they are postmarked on Election Day, and some states even allow 3 days for them to come in. If a state has a large enough margin a few thousand last minute ballots might not matter to the “calls”, but they eventually get counted nonetheless. If an election is super close, then you truly might have to wait for every last vote (and then recounts).

    Based on what I’m seeing, Michigan has fixed that mess and now allows counting of absentee ballots to start 1 week in advance as well as expanding early in-person voting, while Pennsylvania (with its Republican legislature) is still the same old shit.

    DeSantis could orchestrate a black out in the panhandle, just after polls close. There are so many options to pick from the buffet. But will the GOP do it? That is the question. I think with all of the inflation of the past 3 and a half years, we deserve entertainment in November and this would bring entertainment to the table. Biden could be leading Florida by 500,000 votes until like 2:30am and then BAM! All at once, a million votes from the panhandle hit the wire and Trump is declared the winner.

    OP admits that the election was in stolen. It just took a while to count all of the votes

    @Gatorrick22
    In 2020 half of MAGA was chanting to stop the count and the other half was chanting to count the votes. Why is that? Why the discrepancy?
