I assume someone was recording this so no one has to rely on an anonymous witness quoted in a NY post article. By the way, assuming Neely actually said those things, do you know if he the apparent ability to carry them out? I'm sure I don't have to explain the law in that area to you.

So we have 2 eye witnesses saying they were threatened to the point they wanted help. And we have you making assumptions. I'll go with the eyewitnesses thanks.

I bet if they knew about his mother being murdered when he was 14 and left in a suitcase on the side of the road, they would care. Hell, even you were showing a little compassion to other human beings a few weeks ago.

The applicable law? Let me save you some time....you don't know and you don't even know how to research it.

interesting point. I am unfamiliar with that part of law. What would
Be examples of both ability and inability to carry out a threat ?

Hell in the 80s I had a brother in law shot through the chest during a robbery. I paid my respects but had no compassion for him, he got what he deserved. My wife knows how her brother was, she showed compassion but fully understood that he earned his fate. You can't go on committing crimes and not expect to pay the ultimate price some day, mentally ill or not.
