I had seats directly behind the opposing team while watching Larry Brown coach Danny Manning and the Clips.
It was fun seeing MJ (just before retiring), Barkley and a host of legendary players literally 3 or 4 feet away.
Larry Brown was simply a brilliant coach. Too bad he had cheap ass Donald Sterling as his employer.

LB was a phenomenal basketball coach. Absolutely.

Laker hire an unproven head coach after missing on Hurley. Now Lebron has opted out to either secure a huge final contract from Lakers or to play with the team that drafts his son.

Doubt he's going anywhere, the Lakers hired his podcast buddy to be "coach", of course they will draft his son for him.

Lebron was always going to opt out, he has always chosen the shorter term contract with max flexibility, and even more so the last half of his career. It's smart business.

after 21 years in the league and still the main draw in LA, he has probably earned these rights....and it's smart for the Lakers to give in, at least for now

If the Fakers take Bronny today it'll be a fait accompli
(since French is the flavor of the NBA drafting season).
But very smart of them to make a Knechtion first. o_O

Looks like LeBron has opted out of his contract...but still wants to sign with the Fakers.

Give the Lakers a discount on his contract as long as they promise not to cut his kid and sign someone who can help them win a championship in the next two years.

LeBron has had a great career, kind of a shame to see him end it with shenanigans like this. I can't say I wouldn't do it if I had the chance to play ball with my kid on the biggest stage.

Showed our kids the boom-goes-the-dynamite broadcast. One of the segments he butchered was about Reddick getting name as an AP All-American. Time flies when you're having fun.
