Another set of deaths on the ledger of the political extremists who inject violence or the threat of violence into our national discourse every day.

    How deplorable.

What is this fake sympathy thing you speak of? I don't do fake sympathy just like I don't do politically correct. If I feel something I tell it like it is.

We know a lot about the suspect at this point.

In any event, Elon helped to add to the stochastic atmosphere

And y'all have a problem with telling it like it is? If the rest of the world would do that we would all get along much better. Tell me, would you rather have people lie about their feelings or tell the truth? I know which I would choose.

Oh I’d much rather a person tells me what they really think. It’s good to know the nature of a persons character.

Its fairly clear at this point we should put 2 unarmed gay guys in every school to stop the shooters.

    Redlands, Colorado
Colorado Springs is where Ted Haggard had his church and incessantly railed against Gay people and their sin. Until the Gay prostitute he regularly visited and bought poppers from grew tired of the hypocrisy and revealed Haggard's not so carefully hidden secret shadow side.

And a curious aside about the old frontier town known in the mid century years of the 19th century as Colorado City before expanding and becoming the city known today as Colorado Springs. The old city put on an appearance of respectability, with churches, dry goods stores and other establishments people of good reputation would visit or conduct trade on one side of the town's main street, Colorado Avenue. On the other side of the street, facing the churches and respecable businesses that people openly visited, were the town's saloons, gambling parlors, and brothels.

Along the length of the street hidden tunnels ran from the basements of cooperating merchants and crossed underground to the basements of the seedier establishments, enabling the men who did not want to be seen going into those places, to do so hidden from the sight of their wives and other disapproving wagging tongues. Better in their minds to hide their hypocrisy from view.

I think some of the tunnels or their basement entrance/exits are still in existance today. About 20 years ago the owner of a small furniture store allowed curious shoppers to go down into his basement to view the tunnel entry under his store. He told me there were a few others that had never been filled in or sealed.

    Is it?

Looking at the rhetoric from Republican leaders about gays over the last 6 years, does this fit into what they've said they want, or does this act seem to be in opposition to what they have publicly called for?

I think so. I don't remember Republicans leaders calling for the slaughter of gays. Or anything close to it.

Homosexuals 'Worthy of Death' Bible Verse Read Before Key Vote - Roll Call

House Republicans at a conference meeting heard a Bible verse that calls for death for homosexuals shortly before the chamber voted on the morning of May 26 to reject a spending bill that included an amendment barring discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

Just another day in gun violent America. RIP to the deceased. Glad those brave gay men who had bigger cojones than the cowardly Uvalde police were able to bring down that scumbag gunman and prevent more deaths. Just an absolute tragedy.
