If we take appropriate precautions, you're correct. Of course, that means damaging the economy. If we didn't take precautions and tried to prop up the economy, there would be a lot of deaths. All you have to do is look at Italy for what can go wrong. Except Italy actually went into lockdown. Imagine if Italy didn't do that. You don't get it. Lets put our numbers out there for US deaths on this stuff and revisit our guesses after the economy crashes in Q2 due to these globalist pushed joke restrictions to crash the economy.
You're basically saying that if our precautions work (which are part of what's damaging the economy) that they weren't worth it. This is like getting a flu shot and then saying it wasn't worth it if you don't catch the flu.

It is kind of a self fulling prophecy, if the US takes these steps and slows the spread of the virus the numbers go down. So taking the precautions will hopefully let your prediction come true. The only way to prove you right, is to do nothing, and see millions die.
On the bright side in the last 48 hours Trump has been mostly on point and implementing better actions. Doesn’t erase the lunacy of the previous 48 days but it’s a big improvement. Keep it up. For God’s sakes.
Remember when Trump took no responsibility for firing the pandemic team and said he had no idea who was responsible for it? Well, he just so happened to brag on video about firing them (to cut costs). Brilliant man.
Can't agree with that. He's starting fights with governors and still blowing smoke about how great of a job he has done. I guess if we lower the bar to not actively hindering our ability to respond, he has cleared it, but he's still a disgraceful leader.
