BS you want to compare numbers and increases with how the stuff takes off with the tropic weather countries to the cooler ones now?

No you just need to watch the daily number counts in warmer climates and watch them increase.

Faith, yes. I'm not in denial, but the fear is fueling this crisis more than the virus. But I'm not yet willing to get the virus so I can survive it and pick on you all:)

Of course they will increase but nothing like the curves going crazy in Western Europe.

Saying it over and over doesn't make it true.

I am not making any assumption. Just repeating what I saw elsewhere.

I have made no absolute comments, because as I keep saying, no one has any idea.

So southern hemisphere regions are seeing the same growth in your opinion?

I wish the worldometers site had the graph for Australia. It would be pretty easy to compare. I do know that they had 400 total, then 50 more the next day.

    Story dealing with testing.

My wife went in Friday mid-day and got a Coronavirus test. They told her it would take two weeks through the state or two days through a private lab. We chose the private lab. Still no results and they have no idea when results will come back.

So even when we’re testing we’re not getting results. How is the system not broken?

At least my wife is doing better.

I work around several pro-Trump people and to a man/woman, every one of them is taking this seriously.

Happens a lot that people with viral infections get secondary bacterial infections, too. Because the immune system is compromised.

Wanted to dislike everything but the last sentence, which deserves a big thumbs up.

It is not really surprising that you entertain such heartless ideations. Of course, the reason the rest of us care is that fewer people will die if we can reduce the exponential growth of the virus and care for a higher percentage of the people who are seriously ill.

Of course, the deceased loved one's are sad when their elderly relative dies.

    But, you don't care.

And having to mourn without a funeral and alone makes it all the worse.

Update on testing from my wife:

“Doctor just called back. The lab they sent it to was overwhelmed so they sent it to another lab. That lab’s equipment broke so they sent it to a third lab. The third lab said it will be 3-5 business days from TODAY before results come back.”

    Good job healthcare system.
