I went to the link you sent. If you are trying to prove a point, argue it better. You contradict something with a link, I went to the link and it had nothing to do with your argument.
    That is on you.

I see you aren't walking back your BS notion that BLM doesn't call out all Cops.

Of course YOU can't. You are being partisan. It's ok. Any person who doesn't have pre-conceived beliefs knows this to be true. Police killed 9 unarmed black men last year. 9. Of course any number above zero is bad but BLM makes it like it happens like getting a speeding ticket. It's BS. Does Law Enforcement needs reform? Yes, for sure. But to paint all police that way is a slap in the face to vast majority of LEO's.

Do you believe that the killing of unarmed black men is the only problem that community experiences with law enforcement? I don't.

There isn't nothing to walk back. I said you (and I) don't know how BLM judges cops and I stick by that. I frankly don't follow BLM but my wife has been to some of the marches (that included cops) and they seemed to be ok with each other.
Again, I read your reference and it proved nothing of your point. I am guessing your assumptions says a lot more about you than it does BLM.

BLM says that LEO's don't protect or save their lives. Also BLM says LEO"s Take lives. They are calling out ALL LEO's. I called out NavyGator for it and he got caught making crap up.

I’m not Navy. I’m confused. I acknowledged there was a sentence on that page that was overly broad. I choose to see the part of the message that resonates with me, there are real problems that black citizens suffer from with law enforcement. I can see that one statement as going too far and still believe in the movement.

It’s unfortunate that that’s what you gleaned from my calling out your drive by taggings. Bomb away man, I could not care less about the “dislikes”. It’s not the negative rep that bothers me, it’s your unwillingness to honestly engage in discussion that is sad. If you feel so strongly in your stance, put it into words, not “dislikes”. Avoiding discussion won’t get anyone anywhere other than where we’re currently at.

Guys, the last 2 pages are back and forth sparring over BLM. Completely off-topic for the US coronavirus thread. Can we please take it to a different thread...

Guys, the thread is about coronavirus in the United States. There are other threads to talk about BLM and the police.
    Thanks

Arizona Governor Ducey had no choice but to do something regarding masks. On Tuesday, a letter requesting masks to be mandatory in Arizona was signed by 700 medical professionals around the state, and put online for more signatures. By the announcement, the total signatures was well over 900. Still, in Arizona, it's a city-by-city decision, and while Phoenix proper and Tucson are requiring masks, the suburbs surrounding the city are case-by-case. I live in Gilbert, which is a suburb SE of Phoenix, and no mask order, and last night at the grocery store, maybe 40% of patrons were wearing a mask.

It's only a one-day total, but daily deaths in Arizona have been in the mid-20s maximum for the last two weeks. Yesterday, 34. One day does not make a trend, but considering the rise in cases in Arizona started about 2 weeks ago, it's possible the death total rising is the lagging indicator nobody wants to see.

Can we take the BLM and police talk to those threads?

EDIT: Once again, I'm late to the game on this. Thanks to the others who made the request.

on the bright side, 13 out of the last 14 days less than 1,000 daily deaths.

Let's hope it stays that way for good. I can't wait until we are saying that about deaths being below 100/day.

That is good. The reduction in deaths has been primarily driven by NY/NJ getting it under control. And hopefully new and better treatments will keep the death rate down.
