so here are todays numbers. new cases 22,658, almost 5,000 less than a previous thursday. deaths 1,223, almost 200 less than a previous thursday, new tests 455,839, almost40,000 more.some people who are doom and gloomers are never going to be happy with any numbers, they say, look, maryland and virginia are spiking, yet the overall numbers continue a long downward trend in deaths and new cases almost daily, yet still some are not satisfied until there are none, which might never,ever happen, so be happy we are winning the war, and yes, we are winning.

 

Only one way into my house and a sharp curve where you have to slow down and the guy there has a No More Bullshit banner hanging in his fence. The guy ran the local Toys for Tots program so I’m considering letting it slide.

So they should ignore it and let it spread, i.e., the February policy of the US government? Every action should be reactive instead of proactive? Decisions should only be backwards looking? Diseases don't spread? I am genuinely curious what you think an area just getting the virus should do.
