Oh Gosh! Don’t remind me of the checkpoint. I hunt just over the border in Georgia. I would drive back to Jax from Woodbine all sweaty and woodsy like and have to stop at the darn weigh station they converted to paramilitary border stop run by low wage locals. At first, police presence was noticeable. After a few months, I would only notice a trooper and maybe a local cop. At the end, I was interrogated by teenagers. They’d ask:
Where did you come from? …Woodbine, I’d say.
What state? I’d say Florida!
…Huh? Sir, what state did you just come from?
It got old quick and having to hide my beer pissed me off.

I have seen people mourn miscarriages personally. If it was just passing clumps of cells people would not be as hesitant to talk about their miscarriages.

 

Didn’t they also outlaw riding in motorboats but her husband still tried to get his boat in the water? She excused it away as a bad attempt at humor.

 

I can’t speak for every beach in Florida but my county was closed for 36 hours. Then the County council reversed course and reopened it. Where they were stupid they closed driving on the beach which just caused people to cluster in the limited access points.
The county south of ours never closed.

California kept there beaches closed for extended periods of time way more than and way longer than Florida. If i’m not mistaken they even had closures into 2021.

My wife had a miscarriage between our first and second child. It was a rough 2-3 day period that was very emotional. But to equate that experience with losing a living breathing child that has friends, classmates, grandparents and siblings - that experiences pain, happiness, sadness is just pure idiocy. That kind of experience saddles parents with grief for the rest of their lives. Some parents never get over the loss of a child. That’s why life begins at birth. That’s why you’ve never been to a funeral for a fetus (feel free to tell
me that’s incorrect - your YouTube video did nothing to refute my assertion).

 

Another fine effort from the US military and the Pentagon. Nothing like a good anti-vaccine program during a global pandemic and other ridiculous political BS despite the fact that it likely cost likes in south east Asia and the Middle East. Good job US Military and good job Presidents Trump and Biden.

Doesn’t matter a miscarriage should be punished as involuntary manslaughter. If you believe what the anti woman party is espousing.

 

I have had this discussion before, and last time when I crunched the numbers I found that the cost to investigate every single instance of miscarriage was comparable to the US GDP. So, it is simply not financially feasible, although you can have a law on the books without investigating every single instance.

 

This will forever be one of the greatest definitions of how stupid the policies of the idiots in public health were…
