Democrats are so hypocritical on Covid …

When Trump restricted travel to and from China leading Democrats, including Biden and Pelosi, screamed “Xenophobia!”

And later they expressed alarm that Trump was rushing the vaccine.

Finally, Biden vowed to defeat Covid. But according to Covid-clingers, most of whom are Democrats, the so-called virus is still blowing like a Cat 5 hurricane.

The source is Epoch Times. Their other articles on health and science have received various ratings of inaccurate, unsupported, misleading or false.
The Epoch Times articles analyzed - Health Feedback
Also noting once again that virtually every article in Zero Hedge is posted under the pseudonym Tyler Durden. Seems that if the online site was really serious the authors of the articles would be posting under the real names.
By the way these are some articles/papers by Dr. Yuhong Dong the author of the Epoch Times article on the Smallpox vaccine.
Case Report: A 73-year-old suspected COVID-19 patient with severe dyspnea fully recovers after reciting nine true words from Falun Gong [version 1; peer review: awaiting peer review]
Case Report: A castration-resistant terminal prostate cancer patient’s survival prolonged after practicing Falun Gong

You do this all the time. Instead of shooting the messenger, reckon with sources the writer cites, such as this …

    https://5dc9cda860.clvaw-cdnwnd.com...-8ccdf8dc71/05.SmallpoxAndTheFirstVaccine.pdf

Sidenote: which news source can’t be cited for numerous errors ? Indees, virtually all news sources are in error for assuming viruses exist. Focus on the topic!

Because Hydroxychloroquine was effective in vitro, ie in a test tube. In principal, the drug had two avenues to provide benefit against COVID19. The first avenue is that it causes the cells to change their internal pH by producing, among other chemicals, formaldehyde inside the cell. The alteration of the internal cellular pH slows down the cell's ability to assemble macromolecules needed for the virus to copy itself and spread. The second avenue is that by calming the intercellular processes, the drug "calmed" the immune system and could potentially suppress the effects of the post-infection cytokine storm that killed more of those infected than did the virus itself.

The problem with the drug when used in vivo, or in a live host, the dose had to be so high to impact the virus in a meaningful way that it would kill the host. Alternatively, it was found that if the "calming of the immune system" started too early, the drug, like steroids given too early, would prevent the body from effectively fighting off the virus and allowing the infection too continue.

This is where trying to do science in real-time in front of billions of people like me who have ZERO understanding or background in the actual science that is being investigated, creates issues and charlatans like Lapado and Markary who take advantage of ignorance and fear to enrich themselves have great opportunities. Further, statistically speaking, there is a high probably that the drug did help one or two people out there out of a million. In the rest it did nothing, so those who were always going to recover did, and those who were going to die did.

Drug recommendations cannot and should not be made based on statistical outliers, but rather data showing high probability of effectiveness.

Thus, hydroxychloroquine had its EUA revoked.
Ivermectin was never granted an EUA.
Tocilizumab was never granted an EUA.
Baricitinib was never granted an EUA....and on and on and on.

The medications and vaccines that have been granted EUA and full approval based on data are

mRNA vaccines from Moderna and Pfizer
    synthetic protein vaccine from Novavaxx
Viral vector vaccine from Johnson & Johnson - later revoked due to side effects resulting in deaths
    Paxlovid
Molnupiravir - low efficacy numbers, but useful for patients with kidney issues
Remdesivir - when finally understood that it must administered during viral replication phase - found to have over 80% efficacy, but needs IV infusions so it is not available unless in the hospital - at which point, it is probably too late to be effective.

Although not a direct critique of the article, a history of smallpox and the smallpox vaccine from a much more credible source.
History of Smallpox | Smallpox | CDC

LOL, the CDC a credible source ? Annoying, ain’t it ?

There has never been a virus to vaccinate for.

    Focus!

Translation: “You have symptoms. You say you weren’t around people with symptoms. Therefore, you acquired your symptoms from an asymptomatic carrier. It’s how we know asymptomatic transmission is real.”

From the horse’s mouth, Deborah Birx’s memoirs, 15 days to slow the spread was a bait-and-switch …

"On Monday and Tuesday [March 9th and 10th, 2020]…we worked simultaneously to develop the flatten-the-curve guidance I hoped to present to the vice president at week’s end. Getting buy-in on the simple mitigation measures every American could take was just the first step leading to longer and more aggressive interventions. We had to make these palatable to the administration by avoiding the obvious appearance of a full Italian lockdown. … No sooner had we convinced the Trump administration to implement our version of a two-week shutdown than I was trying to figure out how to extend it. Fifteen Days to Slow the Spread was a start, but I knew it would be just that. I didn’t have the numbers in front of me yet to make the case for extending it longer, but I had two weeks to get them."

Vaccinated and boosted hunky soap star's fiancée blames COVID for his death (wnd.com)

His fiancée, Paige Press, says Musser was suffering from "a severe case of Covid," and believes he died from the illness. He was both vaccinated and boosted. She says he died at their home in Del Mar, California.
Musser confirmed that an autopsy would be conducted.

"He was a very healthy person. I mean he took exceptional care of his body and what went into it. …He'd eat some cookies and that was the worst thing I ever saw him do."

All it takes is a cookie or two for Covid to kill you!

But his death would have been worse had he not been fully vaccinated and boosted!
