I’ll bet there were lots of people killed by ventilators that would have preferred an alternative perspective at the time.

Yeah. I had him on ignore for a while after his dismissive comments about people I know who died from covid and a month long hospital stay for my own father from covid as well.

I couldn't resist commenting on that garbage he posted because I have experience with rapid sequence intubation and recognized the purposeful misinformation regarding the medications. A person not medically trained may be lead to believe that respiratory depression and respiratory arrest were unanticipated results of medications pushed during covid when in actuality they are used as sedative/amnesiacs in conjuction with paralytics for the exact purpose of taking over a patient's ventilations.

They use scare words for the uneducated to strengthen their claims. A contraindication is not the same thing as an adverse effect and an "adverse effect" can be a desired or insignificant effect depending on the intent of the usage for a medication.

This guy ignores any and all nuance or context and just latches on to any rogue contrarian opinion regardless of veracity to justify his pseudo-intellectual takes. A legend in his own mind.

Lol, nice rebuttal when you’ve been proven wrong. How embarrassing for you, but you should be used to that by now.

Strange world we live in when cutting your kid's chances in half of a hospital stay is considered child abuse. Yes, risks are low, but even kids with no underlying conditions still have risk, as 1/3 of the unvaccinated kids in this study who ended up in the hospital with COVID had no risk.

I got my then 8 year old vaccinated. Going to call CPS on me?

Sorry man we have used those drugs for over a decade to sedate people for intubation, the doses are not the same used for anesthesia. I’ve used versed hundreds of times to reduce fractures and reduce dislocated joints and never once had someone become hypoxic let alone die.

    • According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as of March 7, 2022, over 394 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered in the United States, with only a small percentage of reported adverse events.
    • The World Health Organization (WHO) states that the benefits of COVID-19 vaccination outweigh the risks of potential side effects. The WHO has reported that the most common side effects of COVID-19 vaccines are mild and short-lived, such as soreness at the injection site, fever, and fatigue.

Yeah our life spans have increased by decades due to the horrors of healthcare, even with a crappier diet than ever before.

Aspirin helps reduce pain and has been in use for over a century. But it’s massive overuse likely killed multitudes in 1918-19. In that vein, serious questions need to be asked about the apparent overuse of midazolam ...
