There is no real risk. So guaranteeing they have a risk by taking a drug that does not even stop them from getting the disease with no long term safety data is a risk many do not want to put on their kids. Myself included.

So the multiple links I've posted are all lying? Or all have the same agenda? There is a risk. We agree it's low, but it's not zero. The vaccine reduces this risk even closer to zero.

The vaccine itself isn't risky. It contains one copy if mRNA that if infected with COVID, a person would have millions of copies of the same mRNA in the viral particles themselves. The rest of the vaccine are organic compounds that keep the mRNA from breaking down too quickly. And together, all the vaccine components break down and leave the body in hours.

You offer no good reason not to lower the risk in anyone, including kids, I get vaccinated.

You just can't understand that it's not your business it's theirs. Let each parent chose what they think is best for their child.

I give you and @l_boy credit for continuing to attempt to engage posters who have created their own fantasy world based on ignorance and opinion rather than fact, and continue to project it out non-stop. Such posters have taken a page out the most cringeworthy dictators of all time. I have given up responding to an appalling lack of concern for fellow human beings.

Please. The world has moved on and you guys just can't handle it.
Tampa has been a blast the last month. Gasparilla parade-300,000 plus lining the streets for hours. The night parade in Ybor, est 100,000, bars packed. Gasparilla 1/2 marathon,10k and 5k. 3 day Gasparilla Music Festival. This past weekend Gasparilla Arts Festival on the river. This week starts spring break. Beaches, bars and restaurants are hopping. St. Patty's day and St Pete Grand Prix are around the corner. It's great to see people out and about. Very, very few masks. Just people enjoying life.

Three nurses and one doctor, that is just my immediate family. Yeah, I have a hard time moving on because 3 out of those 4 nearly died from exhaustion taking care of selfish, ignorant a-holes of all races, creeds and colors, but almost all ignorant as the day is long. The other is 80+, retired and just yesterday was extended yet another job offer taking care of the sick in dying in Broward County....wait, sorry, according to governor arse munch, they do not exist. I wonder why the hospital was willing to pay my mother so much to unretire to care for sick people who do not exists....never mind, different debate.

Meanwhile, morons on here talking about the Omi-cold when we have more people dying each day (~ 1750) from COVID than Cancer (~ 1650 per day).

Just be sure to take your fierce independence with you to the grave if need be by NOT running to the hospital when you get sick and cannot breathe because the people who we all should have been worried about, those who died or nearly died taking care of people like you, have finally "moved on" as well.

And, for the record, you cannot go back and find a single post from me advocating for any kind of business closures, vaccine mandates or any other forced non-sense. I have never believed that you can fix stupid, nor can you mandate it to not be stupid.

Any person telling you to vaccinate your healthy kids is a charlatan. There have been study after study yet they can’t find any healthy kids who have died. It’s because there aren’t any. Anyone over 18 should get vaccinated if they haven’t had covid yet. It would be best if the posters who have been wrong for 2 years now just said “my bad, I was wrong” and we could move on. But some won’t ever admit it. So I’ll keep calling them out.

The new drugs have no long term data. We know they can be of risk to younger people at higher rate. And we know younger people are at almost no risk to the disease. And we know the new drugs have failed to stop and slow the spread. Hence many young healthy people are going to choose to pass on the drug. It is not that complicated.

We are almost there! But we should not forget the damage done by the people who pushed this nonsense.

has it ever crossed your mind that if this is your tyranny, if this is your PURE EVIL, you are luckier than 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of people who've ever lived? You suck.

Have no clue what the purpose of this post is.

Are you trying to mock the fact we took our kids to see the President of the United States while a bunch on too hot ignorantly called it a super spreader event?

    If that gets you going…okay.

I have been over Covid long ago. Very little change other than some protocols at work. Unfortunately I have had to live with the authoritarians and fear peddlers . But their days are numbered it looks like. Finally. The damage they have done will be generational.

    LOL!

I am not the one who destroyed peoples livelihood because they did not want to take a drug that does not work as advertised for a disease that likely was not dangerous to the person. I am not the one who peddled nonsense mask policies to the detriment of our kids. I am not the one who kept kids out of school hurting the poorest among us. I tried to stop the “PURE EVIL”.

    But carry on…

The UK study I posted had 21% of pediatric COVID deaths with 0 comorbidities. I've posted multiple other links with stories of otherwise healthy kids dying from COVID. Are they all lying?

And while I've posted links, you refuse to back up your absolute statement that zero healthy kids have died from COVID. I would love to read them.

Speaking of the UK study, it was 61 pediatric deaths, early days of the pandemic. Remember how the UK first tried to get through COVID? Let it run free and hope they could reach herd immunity. Didn't last long as death totals rose.

The Barrington Declaration is this same, basic way of dealing with COVID. It's insane, even with Omicron being less deadly. That's because Omicron is also significantly more contagious. If Omicron is 1/4 as deadly, but 10X more contagious, there will be much more than 61 pediatric COVID deaths.

Last, again, we have no data on what COVID will do to the body long term either. It's basic logic to say the vaccine, which leaves the body in hours, is safer than the virus, which multiplies millions of times in an infected body. It's just silly to worry about the long term effects of the vaccine, but not worry about the long term effects of infection.
