And here is a real person who may be known to some of you. Larry Blustein, a South Florida recruiting reporter with a history of kidney disease. COViD positive around Xmas and now in hospital and intimated. A real person. Not a number.
'Godfather' Of South Florida Recruiting Has Been Hospitalized This is why we want to vaccinate prevent or limit spread by reducing viral loads and exposures. I am not going to get into the virology again. Just know that your choice of freedoms because you are healthy affects others. Who suffer.

Cases are still high, but are declining in the east (New York, South Florida) I believe that in a lot of places, we are on the back side of the inverted “V” curve that is Omicron.

I'm concerned that you just blatantly lie repeatedly about the vaccines ability to prevent hospitalization and death. You're a dishonest person and I can't tell if your intentions are nefarious or if you're just foolish troll.

Nice article from October. A new variant did come along since then, Omicron, and its less severe.

PS - Any vaccine will be inefficient if huge swaths of the population refuse to take it.

That's one way to look at it, the other way is it was a fairly large trial and you would think since the study stated very low incidence in the home that some got it from work. Since that is the case the N95 didn't work better than the surgical mask. Totally dismissing it isn't the right thing to do here like you are doing.

Maybe not, but when the creators of the study point out that they have absolutely no idea how people behaved during their work period, let alone how they behaved at home, there is a HUGE hole in the assumptions that you and the anti-mask crowd are making.

Best data out there. And now some people want to put kids in N95 masks all day? Total nut jobs. There isn't an N95 mask that is approved for children to wear. Just next level dumb.

I have not lied about anything. I posted the hard dat numbers from a country that provided them. Now they have stopped for some reason. I am not sure why you have an issue with it.

I agree with you about the kids and N95 since the success of the N95 is predicated on tight fit against the face and constant wearing. I agree with you that it is not the correct vehicle for children, especially younger ones. I do not think it is too harsh to ask children to wear procedure masks to prevent them from coughing large droplets onto one another while indoors in class. Beyond that, I am not sure what else to do with them.

I believe that teachers should be provided N95 masks to protect themselves as much as possible.

That is an An absolute falsehood. The vaccines are effective against all variants. And, a study was just posted above on hospitalization rates of vaxxed versus unvaxxed. 49 times higher rate for the unvaxxed. Particularly as to the prevention of severe disease. And they are better than the monoclonals you keep touting, which don’t work against Omicron.

No. You ignored the hard data that as necessary to your argument. You lied about what the data shows because it was contrary to your conclusions. Your conclusion is a lie based on that data.

Agree on some of that. Think teachers should be provided with N95 masks if needed. Kids should be free to wear a mask if their parents want them to. We have zero data showing masking kids helps. Any data shown has serious flaws much bigger than the ones in the N95 mask study I showed. Most of Europe doesn't mask children under 11 and there isn't a difference in cases between young and older kids.

I am with the Florida Surgeon General on this one. We have gone nuts with the mass hypnosis hysteria now in full effect.

Right. Data is mass hypnosis hysteria. Just because the data undermines your lies does not make it “mass hypnosis hysteria.” The fact you can’t even address the data and just parrot debunked lies about the data does point to “hypnosis.” But not by me.

Booster up with your vaccine designed for the spike protein of the alpha variant my friend. You clearly see a reason based on your research. At this point and time many others are seeing that it is time for a new generation of drug. And that fortunately the disease is less severe.

There are other answers. Though it appears you are not willing to see that?

I thought I'd have some fun with it but given the whole scenario above where he doesn't believe the data source he posted I can only conclude that he is trolling because he isn't dumb.
