10 second Google search and you find links like this.

Sudden cardiac arrest is thought to be a leading cause of death in young athletes, but it also affects young people not involved in organized sports. It can happen during exercise or at rest, or even during sleep. In some cases, young people can die from sudden cardiac arrest days or weeks later from brain damage that happened during the SCA.

Oh, so we are explaining away every death that might have to do with the vaccine? Got it. I call every covid death in children into question then. I'm just playing your game. Good call. Let's then agree that no one died from the vaccine and no kids died from covid. Man, some people will say anything to make their point seem reasonable...

It would be easier to have an honest discussion about the vaccines for children if our media let us. But Google, Twitter and such label anything not toeing the Fauci line as false(by their expert factcheckers LOL). So yeah, obviously tough to get real info on a normal website. But only someone very partisan wouldn't see that.

If you want continue to look foolish, go ahead and call every singe child COVID death into question. I'll give you the girl in Thailand, since blood clots after the vaccine have been an issue. Moreso in the J&J than the Pfizer and Moderna, so there's one. If you really want to call into every child COVID death, UNICEF estimates that at 11,700 for people under the age of 20. Have at it.

Meanwhile, the EU Medical board approved the Pfizer vaccine for kids 5 and older in November. So starting in January, most EU countries, along with the US, will be vaccinating everyone 5 and older. So who are we to believe? Some random guy on the message board linking to websites full of My Pillow ads? Or the medical experts in both the US and European Union countries?

That’s not an honest discussion, it was a lie.

Im sure there have been several legit vaccine deaths in the U.S. and around the world. If you want to be “honest”, you would stick to deaths investigated and confirmed as actual vaccine reaction related deaths, not fake news debunked by the medical examiner.

It is just hard to be outraged at something you haven't seen and no idea what it is. Like I said such reprimands are probably more effectively directed to those involved.

You and others believe anything they tell you. Not surprising. Just like you were wrong on natural immunity, school closures and masks. You are wrong on this. Not a shock.

Lol. You expect me to go back and find those posts? I’ll do it on one condition. When I produce them you say you are sorry and then take a week off of posting on this thread. If I can’t produce them I’ll apologize and take a week off. I think I know the answer LOL

Sorry for what? Sorry for being tired of you getting the statistical analysis wrong and then attacking everyone who points out your mistakes?

Too much conflicting data on natural vs. vaccine immunity. This article sums up my feelings on the subject quite well.

The claims that infection-induced immunity is “by far the more robust immunity that one can have against COVID-19” or is “superior” to vaccine immunity isn’t supported by scientific evidence at the moment. In fact, a study published by the CDC in October 2021 found evidence to the contrary. It reported that unvaccinated people who were previously infected were about five times more likely to be infected in future compared to vaccinated people with no prior infection[10].

In summary, if we frame the question about SARS-CoV-2 immunity around the idea of reducing risk as much as we reasonably can, as opposed to a debate built upon the false dilemma of choosing between “natural immunity” and vaccination, individuals and communities reap more benefits to immunity. There’s no question that a previous infection offers protection, but given the virus’ ability to mutate and generate new variants, previously infected individuals benefit from getting vaccinated, which scientific studies have shown provides another layer of protection in addition to their pre-existing immunity.

You obviously think I’m the only one throwing around “insults”. So I see you are backing down. Sorry for pointing out you are being soft. Tough luck.

Seriously this crap again? I posted the largest study in the WORLD and you disregard it for small outliers. And you wonder why people call you a fear monger lol. You earned it.

As expected. I keep hoping you will show the maturity to be interested in how to do things the right instead of flinging insults at those who point out the errors. Yet you keep reaching for the insults instead of learning something.

Largest isn't always best. Especially when the large study only looked at one vaccine and had a very homogeneous population. And there are multiple studies that show the vaccine to be more effective. It's why actual medical professionals aren't ready to make the call which is better.

And speaking of actual medical professionals, here's an article from Johns Hopkins Med discussing both natural and vaccine immunity.

Immunity varies for individuals: Immune response can differ in people who get COVID-19 and recover from the illness. The FDA-authorized and approved vaccines have been given to almost 200 million people in the U.S. alone, and have strong data supporting their effectiveness.
As the article states, different people react differently in their immune response. And it's likely a homogeneous population will have a response that is more alike than different. And a diverse crowd would have a more diverse study. Could explain why the Israel study, which was homogeneous, had a different result than other studies that were more diverse.

And then we have the largest study in the world to date: 8 times more likely to be hospitalized. Oops.

    AAAS

“The new analysis relies on the database of Maccabi Healthcare Services, which enrolls about 2.5 million Israelis. The study, led by Tal Patalon and Sivan Gazit at KSM, the system’s research and innovation arm, found in two analyses that never-infected people who were vaccinated in January and February were, in June, July, and the first half of August, six to 13 times more likely to get infected than unvaccinated people who were previously infected with the coronavirus. In one analysis, comparing more than 32,000 people in the health system, the risk of developing symptomatic COVID-19 was 27 times higher among the vaccinated, and the risk of hospitalization eight times higher.”

This reminds of Rocky IV when Duke is yelling “throw the damn towel”, only I’m not gonna throw the towel, sorry.

Remember the smallpox vaccine? 30% of those that were vaccinated died from it. But it was deemed a lesser evil because of what smallpox could do to a population. I remember UAB researchers in a conference call explaining if a virus like MERS had a vaccine that killed 5%, it still would be a major success because MERS kills 35% of those that contract it.
