Haha, good one! You got me! You are so smart. I guess I will go to work tomorrow and let them know that I am a failure at my job because the guy with no background in research who gets his stuff from Twitter said so. Thanks so much for your help! Lol.

Yes we should consider all options. That was the point. But I digress.

It was removed by the original source. The kind of source that one could expect to find such research. And with that removal they even state that it was removed because it was no longer relevant. Not because anything was wrong with the research. Now it has to be found through other channels.

I am not trying to say it can’t be found. Just that there is an attempt to bury it. :)

Israel as of Friday was running about 1:1 for serious cases considering just under 60% of the population is vaccinated. Let’s hope that progression stops. There is a reason they are now trying to get the third shot out (anyone over 50). And it is not because the drug is working.

Higher rates of serious cases among the unvaccinated over 60. And in unvaccinated generally.
Israel's active COVID cases pass 50,000, just 2 months after they hovered at 200 | The Times of Israel
These Israeli COVID graphs prove Pfizer vaccine works
Your interpretation of the data and the effectiveness of the vaccines is typically twisted by your politics.

No vaccine in the history of mankind has ever been 100% effective. And the mRNA vaccines are different, but since they invoke an immune response that helps protect against the virus, they are a true vaccine.

And next time you make a claim, @QGator2414, back it up. The Israel numbers don't show anything of what you say when you look at the links @duchen provided.

In what ways is the vaccine not a true vaccine?

Yes, I await that response as well. "not a true vaccine" Please explain. I have had spreadnecks in the past make that claim to me since the vaccine did not cure people of covid, thus proving they had no idea of the word vaccine.

LOL,lI think this a joke, as billions of doses of Ivermectin have been taken by humans for decades. I'm also sue you know many human meds are used for animal care as well.

As I noted last week here is the issue with this study...
"Among the 1,500 patients in the study, he said, Ivermectin showed "no effect whatsoever" on the trial's outcome goals — whether patients required extended observation in the emergency room or hospitalization."

They chose a crappy end point.

Cobb county GA school district is a crap show. No real plan for exposure or for kids that are sent home for 10 days. Schools closing some grades back down (going virtual).

Parents want in person learning but won't do anything to help make that happen, typical. Expect crap to magically get better or for others to do the heavy lifting.

A lot of anti-vaxxers and anti-maskers hide behind the lack of certainty. It certainly is possible it wasn't them. But they won't know for sure it wasn't them until they are standing at the judgment bar. (I want to make it clear this isn't directed at you, your comment just gave the opportunity for it)

Personally, I'm going to take active steps to love my neighbor rather than hope I'm not the cause of their death.

I think the only part you are leaving out is that you are likely to take responsibility for your own actions so that you don't have to blame anybody else if you fall ill. I asked the question on another thread, but if you are vaccinated and wear an N95 in potential exposure situations, what is your risk?

Anybody that has somebody to blame has a health administrator to reach out to to demand more information be made available to those who don't see the situation the same way. Demand that skeptics have access to have their questions and concerns addressed. There are still many productive actions that can be taken before we resort to blame.

Blaming isn't the way. Ask questions, seek to answer those who have questions, and encourage folks on both sides to work towards bridging any gaps of information. We're not seeing nearly enough of that. We are seeing too many folks giving up on disseminating information and resorting to the blame game. It's simply unproductive.
