I understand there is a TON of uncertainty in your life right now and you're really looking for understanding and that you long for some sense of control and security, but believing that there is a global conspiracy that involves every nation, every NGO, every scientist, every doctor, every corporation, every titan of industry; simply to hurt Trumps re-election chances is just too much.

It's a big scary thing going on right now. I think you'd be better served facing it, but I also understand fantasy land may allow you to cope better. Good luck to you.

And I understand that you fail to realize we are destroying our economy over something that wont even affect the US as much as the Swine Flu did that year.

Why wouldn't the President make a statement about how people are feeling?

 

Cute. A statement from a media doctor made 10 days ago when the incidence of the covid19 coronavirus was a fraction of what it is today. Drew Pinsky's specialty is addiction treatment and he frequently comments on sexual issues. Last time I checked he wasn't an epidemiologist, a virologist or a public health specialist. Kind of like citing the opinion of a biologist on climate change. Just as a Phd in one science doesn't make one an expert in all of the sciences, an MD isn't necessarily an expert on a medical subject outside of his specialty.

Cute, last time I checked, none of the "reporters" in the WH press briefing room were doctors at all. But naturally, you come to their defense. Gee, wonder why.

 

I dropped it because It was outdated but the point remains this is not even going to be Swine Flu level deaths in the US and we are destroying our economy over it due to hysteria and some rich global interests imo.

You simply do not know that. You may surmise it but there is no way to know it for fact and that's one of the biggest things driving all of this. The uncertainty factor.

 

There is a difference between asking intelligent questions and explicitly or implicitly claiming to be an expert.

Since it takes a few days to return results, aren't we looking at Tuesday's data today? Friday's data will be Monday, etc?

 

Without looking I'd be surprised if a few aren't PhDs.
