Ah so now you've gone from whining about people poking around in old posts to asking them them to. The UW data was highly suspect at the time. They had covid deaths declining to 0 by early June. Totally unrealistic. That was a really bad model at the time.

Wow, you’re correct. Looking back at earlier posts. On 2/25...

Oh come on, man. No need to play the role of a martyr here. We've all been wrong about things and some of us are able to admit it. Those whose posts I've cited in this thread (again anonymously) also wrote things like "hide in your basement" or "live in fear if you wish." Not only have they spread misinformation; they did so with malice. That doesn't apply to you, so no need to go back and erase history.

not excusing, but this is the sort of thing he will get blamed for, lets see how biden does, if it does not improve will you dare blame him?

Unfortunately stuff like that is protected, like how an OBGYN who isn't comfortable with performing abortions are allowed to not to do them.

Trump would receive less blame had he rallied Americans, consistently encouraging them to do the right things to prevent viral spread and loss of life. Had he even tried to encourage preventative behaviors, his blame would be diminished. But he didn't try. Instead, he suggested far out inaccuracies, lied repeatedly, and set a poor example. In short, he earned every bit of blame. But yes, let's see how Biden does; not just in case and fatality numbers, but in leadership and decision making.

Most folks did not know that. Most of us assumed they knew what they were doing. We were a bit tied up with raising families and running businesses etc to doubt the data source that even most outlets were using. Lesson learned. Again...congrats on being right. Yay.

Again. That was sarcasm. I clearly said that if they are still spreading misinformation than their posts are fair game. But use those posts not benign posts from a year ago. The three cited were very benign. When you did it months back, you did not list names and the posts were still somewhat current. That is not the case almost a year later.

Did you know that the poster that quoted those year old posts actually called the Pence selection by Trump a good move? I imagine he doesn't think it is today. Why would I hold him to that thought a year later? People need the airspace to change course as facts build.

FTR Pence was a good choice, but was handcuffed by the POTUS like everyone else.
