Cops make paralyzed man get out of car ... seems shocked that he can't walk

More cops doing dumb stuff. This guy repeatedly tells the cops he is paralyzed, but they keep insisting he get out of his car and walk back to their cruiser to have a chat ... He's remarkable patient with them and tells them they'll have to help him out, hold him up, and drag him back to their car ... so that's what they attempt. But the cops can't handle it so they plop him down on the ground while he complains about being set on the ground... then they haphazardly try to stuff him back into the car, while he complains about them taking out of the car in the first place. His commentary throughout the video seems like amazing dead-pan comedy gold, although I'm not sure he intended it that way. At one point, as they are trying to stuff him back into the car, he asked "you know what paralyzed means, right"?

I guess it was mistaken identity, but they ended up removing again and hand cuffing him before they realize it ...
