Maybe you think answered the question. But I suspect you know you didn’t.

Wasn't George W. Bush the president at the time?

The highly partisan and corrupt SCOTUS deserves all the public disdain they have self-inflicted. For the WH admin. to immediately shut down programs those robed politicians have wrongly endangered is contrary to the funding mandate from a Republican House, after all.

Again, read your article or both. Secretary Cordoza is brought into both articles, and he is a subject of the lawsuit as well. I don't care if Biden is mentioned by name. He is in charge of the education department in the executive branch.

You so easily believe Trump wanted to defund your housing programs because it was mentioned in a budget that stacks taller than most people and even when the HUD Secretary spoke highly of the program.

Yet here you are defending Biden and his continued thumbing of his nose against the SCOTUS. The three decisionmakers for continuing the now unconstitutional affirmative action program are Biden, Harris, and Cordoza. There is no way the education department is defending the lawsuit without support at the highest level of the executive branch.

Do you have a position on the lawsuit or are you just looking to be argumentative?

Lawsuit will be denied for lack of standing. But those kinds of crackpot lawsuits are filed often. Note how many failed, and tossed aside lawsuits the felon filed about a fair and legal election. Thanks for playing. Be better

A good reminder of the way Republicans have distorted the Equal Protection Clause and stripped it of its actual principle, striving for genuine equality. Thurgood Marshall and Martin Luther King Jr. are rolling in their graves.
