I realize it’s not the way it’s done anymore; Offer Frost at the minimum with the resources commitment to build and promise of greatly rewarding him for being successful. However, I am sure Frost will have the opportunity to rehab is image as a coordinator at the top of the pay scale.
I think Dion would be an immediate splash but would he build something sustainable for when FSU or Dallas comes calling?

Didn't think Gruden would ever be in any football-related job with his e-mail scandal.

I would think Frost could do better than this red-headed cousin to UCF gig. Or maybe, he wants to use it as his stepping stone, but he should avoid this career killer.
