I usually only turn on the tv as background sound to fall asleep or for a football game. Mainly because I’m too busy. The fact that I barely watch tv and find it too much shows just how overblown this Colorado experiment truly is.
I figured you were dyslexic and didn’t want to be “that guy” for pointing it out. I followed the meaning.
I grew up a Gator in Tallahassee. His kids could be amazing people, I still have no interest based on the level of loath I have for their ridiculously arrogant father and his previous association with SOW.
You’re a bigger man than I. The last name pops up and I’m on a different channel before words are spoken. I hope they’re better people than their predecessor.
The interesting aspect is that UF is the only team in the country to play two ranked teams in the first three games of the season. The Utah game was an away game on a Thursday night at elevation. That would have been difficult enough. However, due to an approaching Hurricane, the Gators had to depart a day earlier than planned and sleep a day in Texas prior to flying to Utah. Again, we beat TN head to head convincingly and they still rank ahead of us while not playing another ranked team or a team the quality of Utah. The polls appear to give preference to those that play the easy schedule over head to head play when two teams have identical records.
The main reason UT is still ranked as high as they are is intertia. They were ranked highly before, pollsters don't like making huge dramatic changes at once. Which isn't unreasonable and things work themselves out over time, but in these early polls you get some odd results like UT staying above UF.
It just makes me feel better that we get this treatment because we have a bigger fan base to rile, meaning more expectations, NIL, and talented players.
