Last night's game was about as entertaining as watching Bama and Mercer in football. Kennesaw St should be a better measure but until they get into the invitational tournaments I don't think we can read much into the tea leaves. But, it's good to hear the players are feeling good about the team and coach.
The only thing I don't like is being associated with Pearl. I have not liked Bruce since the days of him being an assistant coach at Iowa. Total scumbag.
That's true, feeling the same way about him but can understand Golden's connection re his time in Israel. Pearl just happened to really like him, which we can all see by now seems to be most people.
Certainly coach Golden must have picked up "Pearls" of wisdom from the Bruce. I'm just hoping it was not a "bag" of pearls in a sack that is handed to parents or handlers on the recruiting trail ala Brucey.
