In January when I started my fight against cancer, gatornharlem opened weekly threads that today you have to go look for instead of having everything conveniently in one place. I like one main thread so the information doesn't slip away.

The good news is I'm in recovery and watch mode as I'm in remission. God willing, I will stay this way.

I don't know what has become of the Nya Reed to UCLA rumors, but Nya just graduated with UF:

Trio of Gators Graduate This Weekend - Florida Gators

    Gators Gymnastics on Twitter: "Congrats to our ‍♀️! @rachelbaumann_ @leahclapper @nyreed_ https://t.co/Q5ODzhFlrW #GoGators | @ufgrad | ‍♀️ https://t.co/N4nAbOYCW1" / X

If UF has what she is looking for at UCLA, it would be huge if she were somehow able to work on it and give UF her one last gymnastics rodeo. Nya would be huge for UF on vault and floor. I have no prediction on this, just want to see UF be as strong as possible in the 24 gymnastics season.

Congratulations to graduates Rachael Baumann and Leah Clapper as well. Unfortunately, both have used up their collegiate eligibility.

Choke on that UGALY. UF claims both Baumann sisters as UF graduates. It should have been this way all along.

Yes. Nya has a 5th covid year and a degree in hand. She can perform one more year wherever she wants. She has been in training to boot, but I don't know if she has been training with UF gymnastics. UF has obviously claimed her so she might have been training with the team. Maybe an insider can get us this information.

That makes 6 freshmen. I don't know why I had it stuck in my mind that UF had 5 freshmen coming in this season.

    Alyssa-Carolina Arana
    Kaylee Bluffstone
    Gabriella Disidore
    Skylar Draser
    Danielle Ferris
    Anya Pilgrim

These are the 4 freshmen who enrolled at the end of June:

US Gymnastics National Championships run 8/24 - 8/27:

Xfinity U.S. Gymnastics Championships | SAP Center

    Men - Thursday & Saturday
    Women - Friday & Sunday

Leanne Wong and Kayla Dicello will be competing this week. It should be a star-studded field.

NBC will provide coverage. I haven't yet checked to see what they will be televising but know going in it will be another Simone Biles lovefest.

Edit to add CNBC & NBC TV coverage:

How to watch the 2023 US Gymnastics Championships – NBC Bay Area

Be sure to check your local listings.

Reposted by Dr. Sam - I believe in the holy Trinity:

    ‍♀️ on X: "Yeah, I'm religious. I believe in the holy Trinity https://t.co/OSaErRqmaf" / X (twitter.com)

Since Trinity was injured and lost out on the 23-team national championship as she could only perform in two events, I think the NCAA should allow Trinity a 6th year so she can get the opportunity to add a well deserved national championship to her collegiate resume. My hope is she makes the US National Team headed to Paris 24 so she can prove she is the best gymnast in the world. The world should see what we Gator fans already know.

Keeping track of the freshmen skills:

Vault: Anya Pilgrim, Danielle Ferris, and Kaylee Bluffstone.
Bars: Alyssa-Carolina Arana, Danielle Ferris, and Skylar Draser.
    Beam: Alyssa-Carolina Arana.
    Floor: Kaylee Bluffstone.
