Because not only is Trump guilty guilty guilty of having the classified docs, he's guilty guilty guilty of not returning them when requested by subpoena, guilty guilty guilty of moving them to avoid them being taken, and guilty guilty guilty of of ordering his subordinates to lie about them. So unless Trump too is senile, then he should definitely be charged?

But I saw Ole Morning Joe and his sidekick Willie the other day say they can't believe how sharp and on top of things Biden is.

 

That's the way Trump and MAGA will portray it and it's a political gift to Trump.

The report goes on to compare the differences between the actions of Trump and Biden as the reason Trump was indicted (which Republicans suddenly have reading comprehension and memory issues over).

The bottom line, Biden cooperated while Trump actively hindered document recovery and got caught.

It shouldn't get lost in this that Biden didn't try to stop the release of the report, seek redactions, or assert executive privilege to prevent some of the less flattering parts from coming to light.

Nor did Merrick Garland release a summary claiming total exoneration to try and shape the narrative before the report was released.

 

The way it's being reported, it could be 10 boxes with one document each inside -- and that is backed up by the quote above that the archive has not yet looked at the rest of the documents in the boxes -- it doesn't appear to be 10 boxes full of classified documents as you are trying to imply, here.
