So Joe's a master criminal who can hide tens if millions of dollars from the IRS. But forgets to destroy the evidence, and allows the Feds unfettered access to where the evidence might be without hesitation. Anyone else wish to explain the contradiction?

As for Biden cooperating with the Archives and Trump not, this article from a partner in a D. C. Law Firm specializing in national security cases explains it.

To paraphrase Robert Frost, the roads these two men were on diverged in a wood, and Biden took the one the law requires you to travel on.

Unlike Trump, who spent nearly 18 months delaying, obfuscating and arguably obstructing efforts by the federal government to recover from Mar-a-Lago all of the documents with classification markings, Biden’s team appears to have played by the book.

You’d think that any loving wife would ask her husband to step down. But ‘Dr. Jill’ probably likes her digs too much.

This entire thread is almost "whataboutism" on steroids. While the Biden White House has admittedly not been transparent with the public and Biden has been responsible either directly or indirectly for mishandling a small number of classified documents, Old Joe and his staff have been completely cooperative with the National Archives and the DOJ. In contrast the former president has been uncooperative and has history of lying regarding mishandled documents topped off with refusal to respond to subpoena, the event that that triggered the search of his residence at Mar-a-Lago and once again what the FBI did was a search pursuant to a warrant issued by a court supported by an affidavit, it was not a "raid" although the right-wing media and those easily influenced by said media love to use that term.

Today is Sunday…where do the Biden secret documents show up today?

And Joe’s response “well the garage was locked” when asked about the documents found in his corvette was classic. In fact that whole scripted press conference Joe gave that day was so full of errors that it was almost painful to watch.

Lastly, it’s amazing how the rhetoric has changed on Too Hot over the last several months from these leaked secret documents being “a serious threat to national security” to now being “no big deal”.

Just tell the truth. Trump was asked for months to turn the documents over. That's a 'heads up'. And it was a search warrant, not a swat team. Why are you right-wingers such a whiny bunch?

We laws that were potentially broken yet the right wingers can only focus on the FBI kicking Trump's doors in. Sad times we are in

Interesting how the description has evolved from a "raid" to "swat team" when in fact there was absolutely no forcible entry when the FBI agents executed the warrant. i guess he's regurgitating a description that he most likely heard from a right-wing infotainment star.

My thoughts too. And why now? Who sends his own lawyers to snoop or clean his garage or other areas? The question that needs to be asked too is who profits from this? What motive? Is it possible the party is done with Biden as NOT wanting him to run again? With Newsom pretending not to campaign is he now the party's chosen? I mean you can't get a more radical politician like Newsom to further degrade this country. These findings won't get JB out of office but imo will prevent him from running and will allow time for others to position themselves.

Many of you, actually on too hot most of you will strongly disagree with what I'm about to say and that is this, the Democratic Party knows how to cheat an election and have done so. All you need is a few states that are toss ups to go your way and you win. From allowing illegal aliens to vote, to write in votes, to drop off places, to extension of voting time, etc. As Stalin once said, he doesn't care who votes or how many, all he cares is who counts the votes. With each democratic victory, more weaponization and corruption of agencies to the point we will eventually become a police state. We will be told what we can do what we can't do by the government. As it is now, forced masking, forced jabs, arrest for perceived disinformation (meaning must agree with government) more censorship just to name a few. This is a complete radicalization of America. Sad news is many of you are in complete favor of this.

It fascinates me to watch people come to erroneous beliefs (e.g., Trump/Republicans are going to win an election), have that belief falsified, and then, rather than update beliefs, utilize motivated reasoning to come to new beliefs consistent with the first belief (it must have been stolen!), and then slowly convert those beliefs into facts to protect that first belief (that their favored political party isn't a minority party amongst people they consider in their in-group- those from the US, a belief that they would find more upsetting). Piling motivated reasoning on top of motivated reasoning always results in very strange beliefs after 2-3 cycles of the pattern.

It is such a powerful process that multiple court cases, a complete lack of evidence, and massive issues with the internal logic of the beliefs don't even come close to shaking it. When politics becomes about protecting your own beliefs, it becomes fascinating in a horrifying way to observe.

Rush Limbaugh started the brainwashing, Fox News picked up the ball and ran with it and Trump turned it into an art form. Modern right wing brainwashing would make Scientology blush.

Knowing Biden, there are more and they will release them when they are ready.

Nice to see your internet is back up.

Why did it take 6 years or more to find the documents Biden took and less than two years on Trump.

did you ever consider for a quick moment that "big guy" may be the chinese gubmtn official or chinese board member that is getting a kick back for the proposed contract? Nothing happens over there unless someone gets paid. I know this would upset your world so it is not something you would even consider, but perhaps you should. And if you think Hunter has billions, well, I don't know what to say.
