Now ranked 9th on all three sites with the Whittemore's decommitment. IMO, should have dropped more. He's underrated.

 

That's not how these work in terms of 'dropping more'. It's not like a game loss. He was 1 of 22.

nationally he was ranked 432.
He is #3 in terms of his numbers for MSU
He was #15 in terms of numbers for UF (15th highest)

3 incoming commits are WR's with a higher overall #, and Andy Jean just below CW.

IF he was underrated, that has no impact on the mythical recruiting rankings.

Have to stay competitive on the field to keep the guys that are committed. The next 60 days (ESD is 12/22) will be crucial

It's fun to watch the "ranking" but with 247 actively pushing at least one school (and I wonder if $$$ is involved) I look at what Coach Napier is building and it's impressive.

 

Yea. There is obviously a correlation between recruiting ranking and national championships. And i would like to see us get even better at recruiting. But i am excited about the current state of this class

 

I dont think a two star recruit will improve things for us....which is what they will rerank him as after he commits to anyone but Bama.

 

If Cormani commits how much does that raise us up?

Kearney’s commitment pushed the class back up to 8th.

 

We are now ranked #9, with Miami jumping us following Cormani McClain's commitment..

 

Rivals sucks... They dropped Qua Russaw down to a 4* star... so that might be good news for us. We all know how they roll.
