(LOL) You know Bobby, CBN and staff have to prove it on the field but I am exceptionally happy with the recruiting class. It would seem to me that the class is now full enough that no "reaches" are in the equation going forward. Add in the fact that the top of the board is rich in very high quality prospects and it sure seems to me that UF could end up in a top 5, even a top 3 position. It would be tremendous to have 20 to 22 on board by game 1. Very proud of what the staff has done, and it's not like UF just loaded up on a couple of positions. If UF lands another couple of DB's this class has a really nice distribution and depth is being created all over the field. Westphal really fired me up because UF was having trouble signing high end offensive linemen, especially tackles. Westphal was a huge breakthrough, IMO.
Grimsley is the same as Mincey in height. Grimsley is higher on Raymond's board than others I see as better CB. He loves teaching those tall guys. I expect we are still in touch with Grimsley despite his commit to Bama.
I totally agree, and the fun part of all this is the 2024 class is so good (and it will get better) that I almost forget just how underrated and great our 2023 class was. Like the Jeffersons, we're moving on up... and I like it.
Or are they establishing a fact that if you commit to UF your rating will drop, and therefore so will your stock? I wouldn’t put anything past these bastards

Captain obvious here... We have real shot at ending up with a top 5 class. It really depends on how many we sign. When that number was 22, top 5 was going to be a long shot. But if we sign 24 or 25, we should be #5 if we sign LJ, Zay, Howard and Ory...and save a spot for that special player. However, I keep hearing that we are in pursuit of several other players too. Maybe we're signing 25 or 26? If that is the case, we'll be top 5.
Yep. We have a highly rated player in just about every position. RB will probably be the only position without one 4* player but Jaluke's super-stud nephew is on the radar for 2025. For those who like Defense, this class is loaded.
Best overall class since 2010 class with Floyd, Easley & Powell etc. Probably more balanced as that class had all ots big hitters on the defensive side, this class has a 5* on both sides.
