    My "health nut" wife swears by it.
    I really like it too. I have no gut issues to my knowledge, but enjoy the taste.

    Note, the spiked versions are useless marketing ploys. Alcohol kills any health benefit. Sadly found that out recently. ;)

    Holes in the study include: how can 30 to 40k gun deaths lop two years off of life expectancy ? And how does higher-than-peers child mortality accord with “diet and lifestyle” ?

    There are so many factors that impact your life expectancy but cigarettes are definitely a negative. Waiting for someone to bring out an anecdote about a smoker who lived to 100.
