Nope. That is what an AD is for - to remind a HC that they are only human and insist that he make choices that improve the program.

And we are all in this together as far as I am concerned.

I want Scott Stricklin and Billy Napier to succeed.

I think that Zooker might be a little old for the grind (as is SOS for OC) but someone like him might be perfect for us.

We need a relentless man who loves special teams and endless recruiting!

This. UCLA hasn't done squat in decades. I am not sure what those clowns were thinking.

And truthfully, USC hasn't done all that much either, after the Pete Carroll/Reggie Bush years. I think these LA teams are living in a long ago past.

Exactly, they have no reason not to be happy with 8-4 every season. That's a huge boost for them. Maybe in 7-8 years they will have recruited enough to become a power.
