Ray, I personally struggle with the player attacks. Is there a way to make that off limits? Players read the boards. Current and future. And their parents do too. This is sacred territory in my eyes. Just my two cents.
Ray; this is long overdue. Thanks so much. In my frustration I wish you would go back and retroactively ban some of the people that have been on here over the last few months. My one suggestion would be that you don`t back off cleaning this up because someone gets their ego hurt. My Dad was a US Army WW2 combat veteran. When we misbehaved he had one simple statement,"I`m only going to tell you one time." Appreciate your work as always. More power to you.
Thank you Ray. I know i can do better at improving the level of dialogue. Hope you are sincere about getting some of those posters in line as that will go a long way for credibility.
So for point of clarity- if someone said 1) "Nuss was incompetent, has done a horrendous job, and deserved to be fired!" or 2) "I don't want Charlie Strong because his record was horrific at Texas." Would these be out of bounds as negative or argumentative?
The key is to back it up and explain why... Rather than one-liners that really don't say much by way of how or why. Make sense? Remember the key phrase "How can I contribute to the discussion in a meaningful way?" We will all figure it out as we go. : ) Ray
Glad to hear. Correct decision and perfect time to announce it. AS, NS and KC gave us perfect info. Chip was using us to boost his stock from day 1 or changed his mind. Not the insiders' fault. Furthermore, anyone that attacks Fee, Zo or any other player that has strapped up deserves a lifetime ban. p.s. Is ReggieNelson the real Reggie Nelson? He plays it well if he is just a dude behind a keyboard and not a current NFL player.
