Cashius Howell. Looked promising, but arms are now too short.

it is possible. But because we lack experience Napier may not be around to coach that talent if the current roster can’t win enough games in 2024. And much of that talent could transfer with a change in coaching staffs (as that happens everywhere)

For good or bad, there is s tyoe, size weight that is looked for at each position. This is the Ssban model. Eliminates tweeners but is not 100 %. You take your chances now and then with a guy, this wasnt him.

didn’t they know his measurables before he visited? They are listed on rosters and elsewhere. Seems like a waste of a visit (though I am not sure how many we have left this cycle so may not be a big deal).

Even with his short arms, he grabbed the "cashius".

So Ole Miss and Agricultural and Mechanicals sign all these players.

Whatever could be going on? ;)

Wes Welker and Zach Thomas did not look like football players but two great college and NFL players.

Where is all this cash coming from in the poorest state in the nation, anyway? Biloxi casinos?

Might be a poor state, I can think of a couple other southern schools that fall in this category as well, but people in those states are disproportionately willing to spend on college football. Kind evens things out (and maybe more).

Similar to Louisiana or Alabama in some ways, I guess.
