Given that he has a full season ahead of him, it would be smart to sit out 7 months post ACL tear. Heal up and play when medically cleared.

I've always thought that he wouldn't play, but with that said I'll believe it when the Utah offense takes the field.

Obviously good news for us. Kid is a competitor and I hope he is able to see the field soon...like 5 minutes after our game and not a second before.

Not sure about that. He has had longer to heal. I think he even practiced. Still, If I were the Utes, I'd be more concerned about starting a true freshman at LT.

Napes gotta keep them boys focused. Doesn’t matter who the QB is. Barnes will make plays, it’s a home game and they have a good defense. They likely keep it simple for Barnes and hope the home field advantage produces some short field turnovers. Ball control and get it to the 4th within a score.
