Nobody is satisfied with anything. Some of us just throw our sucker in tge dirt at different times. Ive thrown mine down and picked it up a couple times now. Im in no way ok with hows its gone but im not paying the tab. I can understand why the boosters are having a hard time steering right now. My guess is we would need 50-75 mil this year to fire Napier, pay a buyout, pay a staff and pay the nil bill for existing players and a new class of hs kids and portal kids. Thats alot of cash either way but there better be a bonafide candidate to do all that. Maybe they kicked some tires and didnt like the numbers for what they could get. At least they are moving forward

 

They aren't deleting posts now that its been published by a journalistic outlet. They were deleting rumors about coaches which, if one isn't reading impaired, can be found listed in the Board posting rules.

 

Well, that explains some things then. Stricklin having to deal with this, gets the Napier business off his plate for a year.

I could see it. That was what would always be the risky part about Kiffin at UF. The NFL job would always be lurking and he could bolt.

He’s under contract until 2027, so without cause he probably has a buyout and won’t need a job.

 

Third set (Newbauer, Amato, and now Golden) of serious behavioral allegations against a head coach during his tenure. At some point the boss needs to answer the question of why is this happening, repeatedly, in his organization.

 

Earlier in the year I commented that many ADs would have resigned/been forced out after one hire was let go fpr harrassment/abuse a year after being hired. Stricklin had two but has remained. But three?
