Our offensive line was getting blown up so bad that we called a sweep instead of running up the middle on a 1 yard touchdown. We’ve still got some personnel shortage, even if we have a ton of talent.
That's generational money for a lot of families. By which I mean his @#$%@'n buyout, is generational money for like 20 families. Ie--20 Gator families would be loyal Gators for life. ....instead, we make one ex employee, fat for multiple generations. Zero Gator loyalty purchased with it, when it comes with a boot in the ass, and a don't let the door hitcha where the Good Lord split ya. Can't stand the asinine buyouts.
The topic was defense. I agree that the OL although improved a bit over game 1 is still average on their best day.
Our dense has some holes but most teams do. Attitude and effort was a breath of fresh air. They’ve shown some improvement no doubt…. And that was on the road.
HAHAHAHA, I'm gonna need more info on this anecdote. Did she intentionally put syrup on it or was it an old Aunt Jemima jar she kept her coins in?
The buyout might become kind of standard for new coaches. I wish we were winning so we didn’t have to worry about it.
I can confirm that the guy on the right was my roommate in Gainesville and we both graduated from UF. I think the guy on the left was his cousin in town for the game. not sure why he decided to do the jorts thing, as a joke for sure. He used to mow the lawn at our rental in an Indian headdress and speedo.
Now that you say that, maybe he can't keep a series of fluid thoughts in his mind at one time. Which is why he needs a process, something that he can lean on and do it step by step in order whether that's the right thing to do or not.
I never cared from the get go. It's simply not anywhere near the top of my coaching canidate requirements.
I’m kinda surprised Clark Lea’s name isn’t mentioned more (unless I missed it). I realize he’s a defensive guy, but what he’s done at Vandy is pretty impressive.
` I would take every cent. He has earned it whether people choose to believe it or not. He signed a contract now that contract needs to be honored. That is what a contract is for.
4-2 this year with win over Bama but lost to Georgia state 2-10 last year (0-8 in conference) 5-7 prior year 2-10 first year (0-8 in conference) what about his tenure screams we should look at him as a head coach? Upsets Bama - huge deal. Should we look at every coach who pulls a huge upset but doesn’t win much outside of that? Lea is more like Norvell…scored a QB through the portal and likely going to crash and burn when he is gone. hard pass on Clark Lea.
