    Doug Dickey’s son Dan and I were buds in junior high. We were on the sideline when Auburn drubbed us 63-14 in 1971. It was brutal. So was Doug’s locker room speech afterwards.

    Yep, he could just buy his roster in college instead of building a roster through the draft which is much harder.

    I am saying Florida has two incidents.
    One, Danny said SOS told him to fake an injury.
    Two, The flop.

    I dont Understand why people are taking this as a slight on Steve. I am saying its a compliment.
    Working within what is allowed to gain an advantage is fine with me. What Danny said is completely right. Football is a game of deception. Play fakes, play action, motion, fake spikes (Marino), all sorts of things.

    Someone doesn't know my history with Kiffin. I was quite outspoken against him when people tossed his name around last cycle and was pretty much a hater. He has won me over with his Ole Miss turnaround and his seemingly more mature approach.

    But man crush is miles from my historical opinion of the guy.

    And no one is comparing Spurrier in any meaningful way.

    My only comparison is they are both brash offensive minds that rivals hate. The end.

    Intriguing candidate. Has won championships and having success on a bigger stage. Have not watched ksu. Seems a high ceiling guy with the main question being how would he handle a pressure cooker job?

    I would not have been in favor a decade ago, then I was on the fence and thought he was a good coach if he would just grow up. Now I’m firmly in favor and frankly I think he has some unrealized upside that could be tremendous in the right situation. I still don’t think we’ve seen the best Lane Kiffin has to offer.

    Mine too. I have never liked Richt after that unsportsmanlike BS he orchestrated his team to do. Loved Urbs rubbing it in the following year

    How would everyone feel about a NFL OC that has SEC experience but has not been a head coach? I can’t mention names but you all can figure it out.

    To be clear I hate the fake injury thing to slow the game.
    About replacing CBN- are trying to upgrade or build a future national champ?
    I just want to upgrade right now and be competitive but maybe I’m aiming too low.
