I'll preface this by stating that I like Tom Petty's music, but, soft rock has no place at a college football game. I've hated that song since it basically replaced Gator Bait. The year they got rid of Gator Bait, the downfall began.

 

I wouldn't consider that song soft rock. Fits more in the southern rock genre.

 

I posted this last night on the wrong thread so putting on this one:

I’m starting to think Bill O’Brien is the one to hire. Has tons of college experience which is usually the negative to NFL guys. He had a winning record in NFL with multiple seasons where he won his division. I’m sorry but it is hard to win in nfl with mostly equal talent. I would be happy with Kiffin for sure but thinking BOb is the one we should hire.
