Agree with this and @Wanne15 and @Brodeur ... the firing isn't what matters, it's the hiring.

Some want Billy fired now because they're angry. If it tanks the season and causes good candidates to take a pass, so be it...I'm angry!

If we have a whale, then great. If the next hire is another Billy, then we're just burning money and never reaching stability.

Count me in: a 6-6 record means another Billy year if we don't have better choices. I'm not a fan of hopium.

 

Still better than the current product and I'd bet a whole lotta money if DM had been the coach the last 3 years we would've had a better record. Unfortunately that will never be known. Oh well, hope you're enjoying Gator football since your hated DM was canned.

 

I've heard rumors as to why but would love to here it from the horse's mouth. Bottom line is our idiotic higher ups have f'd up everything the last 15 years. No reason to expect that to stop so this chit show will likely continue no matter what "decision" they make.

I would imagine he is just being hyperbolic like everyone nowadays and he's referring to Kiffin (most likely), Riley or Franklin. Or an NFL assistant. I doubt it's anyone better than those guys.

Answering your joke seriously. Lame understands football but he is a very poor character individual.

He is not qualified to coach at UF and I do not think that the powers that be would hire him.

There are much better choices for us.

 

I don't know who does it, nor do I care. I'd like to know who does it at gump u. You'd think Mac or Billy Boy would've found out like Firby did and maybe they did but our powers that be wouldn't or couldn't do they same thing.
