Meh, IMO what you want is to be one of the top 2 seeds. Either one and you should be able to get to the second weekend. After that, it is all about playing quality ball. Otherwise you become another casualty.

UConn just got a lot better with the return of their freshman phenom forward. Dude had 38 points and 10 rebounds 30 last game.

 

That's a big game for sure, but I invite you to take a gander at Alabama's schedule the rest of the way. Their SEC schedule is heavily backloaded, ranked teams the rest of the way. Their game against us is sandwiched between road trips at Tennessee and Auburn. They could pickup a few other losses down the stretch and fall to the 2 line even with a win against us.

 

let's get Condo and Alexis back plus give Handlogten time to get back into full game shape. If we're fully healthy when the post-season arrives no one will want to play us

 

If we play out West I hope that Houston is not the #2 in our bracket. They are legit.

Looks like we get Houston as a 2 seed (gulp) and Kentucky as a 3 seed.
Would love to play Kentucky again (rubs hands together).

 

Kentucky is a hot-and-cold team this year. They're really good when hot, very average when not.

 

I know it’s really early but I’d rather not go out west. I realize one SEC school has to go out there. If we are healthy, we could be lethal.
