I like the character of our team better now although i dont have alot to go on. Seems like we had a bunch of selfish players when Napier got here and we have players that support each other now.
I am going to call it the "I will watch bowl" and be damn happy. We got momentum so worth a watch and a win will be what we need to head into next season. This season proves we are still THE Florida Gators and have talent on this roster. If we had Lagway all season we would possibly be in a different kind of talk but will save that for next year!
I would like to see us squeeze into the reliaquest bowl (what use to be called the Outback Bowl) if it’s between that and the Gator bowl.
One slight downside of yesterday's other results is we'll probably see one less SEC team in the playoffs than previously assumed, which would slide teams like UF down the bowl pecking order. Here's where the ESPN writers have Florida projected this morning (Gators would absolutely murder NC State; TCU would be formidable but we should run all over their defense): Birmingham Bowl Protective Stadium (Birmingham, Alabama) Noon or 3:30 p.m., ESPN Bonagura: NC State vs. Florida Schlabach: North Carolina vs. Arkansas AutoZone Liberty Bowl Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium (Memphis, Tennessee) 7 p.m., ESPN Bonagura: Baylor vs. Arkansas Schlabach: TCU vs. Florida

No one I know wants to play a bowl game in Birmingham. However, I do not speak for anyone... it's just a bleak place to be in bowl season.
As is Memphis….Shreveport….. Actually, they have moved the bowl game to the new UAB stadium (Protective Stadium) in downtown and away from the shithole Legion field. It’s not far from some nice restaurants and nightclubs.
According to CBS Sports writer Jerry Palm, Florida is projected to face the West Virginia Mountaineers in the Gasparilla Bowl held on Dec. 20. The ACC/SEC vs. pool game based in Tampa, Florida, will begin at 3:30 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on ESPN.
Rather play in Tampa than in the stadium in Jacksonville, a field that has as much dust as Oklahoma did in the dust bowl days and caused DJ to get hurt because of the poor condition of the field.
