Every single comment, observation, joke, poke, critique, and such will somehow "alienate" some demographic somewhere. People do need to toughen up. Even the comment "it's West Virginia" alienates people from there and are there.

 

Agree to disagree. It's ok. We can't agree on everything. Personally speaking I'm OK with a lot myself. People make all kinds of jokes about my ethnicity and it doesn't bother me but I understand completely if entire groups of people felt alienated by a coach they are supposed to support. Religion is a passionate subject and so are slurs of any kind. Just saying it's nowhere near what Spurrier did.
