No need. In 20 years or so, all the tax cattle will be driving golf carts and living in tiny houses...problem solved.

Among other things, UV radiation drives all upper level wind patterns. Maybe the full paper went into this, but how did they model perifferal effects? For example, it currently takes NOAA multi, multi million $dollar super computers with hundreds of Alpha processors all working in parallel to model weather behavior. So, how did these guys determine that by creating 2 temporary "cool spots" in the atmophere, what the impact on non-polar global winds/weather would be?

The polar ice caps are a hyuge thing. Hyuge. Nobody's talking about that, but it's a hyuge problem, believe me. The ice and the caps and the poles... it's a hyuge problem the Democrats caused with Obamacare, but they won't tell you that.

So I tell my guys, "Maybe we could... spray something on the poles to refreeze them," and they say "that's an excellent idea, Mr. President, we hadn't thought of that." A lot of people think... believe me... a lot of people ask me how I know so much about this stuff. It's amazing. And they say, "that's an excellent idea, Mr. President. Excellent..."

...So we're going to try that and see. Who knows? And we'll make the penguins pay for it.

Sorry but male penguins sit on eggs and we aren't spending a nickel to help a bunch of woke penguins

"There are no penguins in the arctic Mr. President."

"I meant to say polar bears. Yea. Make the polar bears play for it. They probably have more money than penguins."

IDK. they seem to be able to predict 10, 20..50, 100 year effects but cant predict a hurricane 3 days out to within 100 miles...not endorsing it, just found it an interesting concept that might be able to moderate extreme events.

Everyone put beano in your food or take it in pill form to eliminate flatulence. Less methane gas is a good thing.

Maybe better yet,,, feed it to the cows.

Farts are fun in theaters, churches, and elevators. However, I think being without them is worth it for our descendants.

    Piff,,,, (while it’s still legal)

No expert on weather, but did help develop the Alpha processors. I know this, there is much, much more effort put into near term forecasting because of the accountability. I can say whatever I want about 50 years from now because, well, who cares?

me too so Im working with Occams razor right now although I think methane is likely a bigger problem than carbon we need to figure out a practical way to reduce both is where I'm at. Interim measures to artificially help wouldn't seem to be a bad approach as the transition occurs.

Some believe that such solutions would open up an unanticipated pandoras box of cascading events that would ................. well, significantly reduce human population levels............

I'm so glad I'm in the last quarter of my anticipated life cycle............

Trump would buy Poland first (or trade Puerto Rico for it), so he could spray chemicals on the North Pole (which is obviously located in Pole-land). Not sure what he would do for the South Pole--I'm not sure he believes in the South Pole.
