Wow, we’ve already reached the blaming the fans level, this is like a speed run of ineptitude.

 

That comment is no worse that the process being more important than wins and losses.

We’ve had
Soggy pizza in a golf cart
Broken wipe board
Sharks and sauce
Wakeboarding not recruiting
Now basement dwellers

 

Zook was clearly doomed when he began criticizing the fans.

Not that Napier wasn’t clearly doomed before this PC, but it’s good to have more evidence.

 

I would have asked him: This is your third year in Florida, and you haven't learned yet that we don't have basements here?

As a former pilot, I was taught early what to watch out for when receiving a weather forecast. Over the years, I've found it also to be useful when watching climatologists, politicians and media (but I repeat myself), and embattled football coaches:

I obviously don’t get to dictate to those making the decisions, but my 1st rule for any prospective head coaching candidate would be…you have to keep Katie Turner and Bri Wade if they want to stay.
