Trumps chances take a step forward only if we forget he did even worse, and his case included deceipt and intent.

Fox News' Steve Doocy asks Biden about his memory.

Biden: "It's so bad I forgot to not call on you."

Maybe if the election will be held within the next couple of weeks. Never underestimate the ability of Trump to demonstrate his own cognitive decline like his confusion of Nikki Haley and Nancy Pelosi. Surprised that no one has mentioned Biden's slip up when he referred to al Sisi as the president of Mexico rather than Egypt kind of like this:
Trump praises Hungary’s ‘Viktor Orbán’ as great ‘leader of Turkey’ – POLITICO

I'm still trying to figure out how a guy who can't remember what year he was vice president and never left his basement managed to steal an election.

No it doesn’t? It says with respect to a few different things that there is evidencing suggesting that they are true but not “direct evidence” they are.

It doesn’t say “Biden broke the law,” but it pretty clearly isn’t the exoneration you’re making it out to be either.

My summary from a quick scan (and I admittedly haven’t given a close read to every word) would be that there’s a reasonable basis to infer that he broke the law, but it would be difficult to prove some of the elements beyond a reasonable doubt, particularly given that he’s a sympathetic defendant and jurors may be left with the impression in some regards that he doesn’t remember or know what happened and why.

All that is true, there are no legal definitions for the president himself, but his political appointees do not fall in the same category. The president does not have access to classified information without the other parts of the executive cooperating. And since we all know they didn't cooperate with Trump in his first term, it's very possible that even though one of them is elected, that the cabinet and top officials do not have the clearance and Senate votes to form a executive branch.

It's clear that the US needs more criteria other than minimum age to qualify for the presidency.

are the accusations documented or are they political slander by a Trump appointee that couldn't find anything to indict him on?

"Biden’s memory in his interview with the special counsel’s office was even worse, the report said. He didn’t remember when he was vice president, forgot when his term had ended, or when his son Beau died," it said.

Damn. You don't forget that. And I believe the man loved his son. You just don't forget that.

Yeah, I don't give a damn about the criminal aspect. The guy can't even remember when his son died. He is mentally incapacitated. And do you think it'll get better with more age? The right thing for the country is to take the keys away and install Harris immediately, then let the chips fall where they may in November.

The write up by that public servant was a diary entry. It read like one of your posts and not like a professional. I take exception to shoddy work. Like your postings.

So you would assert that Biden was being vague on purpose? That’s your conclusion?

My conclusion is that he may not have recalled fine details and although I will concede that in the case of Trump Junior, Eric, Ivanka and Weisselberg they were being intentionally evasive. In the case of the Orange One he was both intentionally evasive and really had a poor memory. Remember he confused a photo of E. Jean Carroll with Marla Maples, his second wife.

Is the title of this thread accurate? Seems as misleading as the report.
