The fact that she was uncomfortable does give one pause. Assuming no ill intent, it’s important for parents to monitor and respect the time when kids start seeking more privacy. That age is different for different kids.

 

The modern world has decided that the spankings I got as a kid in the 70s from my mother with a wooden spoon were child abuse. They were not considered inappropriate back then.

Biden makes oft hand comments referencing "pony soldiers" that I have never heard before also. These things just mean he is from a much older generation with different standards than now.

Notice that Ashley isn't claiming that she was molested or abused. However, that is what the right wants to conflate this stuff to mean.

Sure it does. You said "once it's deemed inappropriate, if he continued doing it." She might not have decided that it was probably inappropriate decades later. So it wasn't a matter of him continuing it.
