Almost no one signs documents manually in business on a day to day basis anymore.

I do not use an auto sign- cannot help but wonder how someone else using autosign to sign Presidential docs can be legal

Trump claims Biden pardons are 'VOID,' alleging they were signed via autopen

These same people going on about autopens also believe a President can declassify top secret documents with his mind, right?

Well, technically the first president to use an auto pen was Thomas Jefferson, and every president since then has used one which begs the following questions.

*Are we to void every single document where an auto pen was used since our country’s founding?
*Did Trump personally sign all 1500 pardons for the Jan. 6th insurrectionists?

    Hilarious.

Wondering if my real estate docs, signed electronically, are valid.

Just another way to violate the constitution and seek revenge. He can’t investigate the 1-6 Committee anyway because they have legislative immunity which is an absolute. Then again, since court rulings mean nothing to him, perhaps he will lock them up anyway and skip the trial by declaring a national emergency and them treasonous.

In clinical research everything we sign must be wet signature. I sign my name or initial probably 100x a day.

    GCP and FDA requires it.

One exception is contacts can be docusign

And what proof do you have Biden didn't wish for these pardons and other documents to be signed? The first POTUS to acknowledge the use of an autopen was Ford, but LBJ was photographed with one even earlier. And electronic signatures using programs like DocuSign have been valid since the law changed in 2000. To overturn any action Biden took as POTUS using an autopen will have to have some serious and significant proof behind it. Not just silly allegations printed on a heavily skewed website.

It’s quite likely that 46 has been unable to sign his name for a few years. I’m sure he qualifies for use of the auto pen under the ADA.

I have said this before and I will say it again. The only real avenue to pursue the validity of Biden's actions should be tied to a judge's decision to not prosecute Biden for having taken classified documents from the government when he was VP, because (their excuse) Biden was incapable to stand trial because he was in mental decline, cognitively impaired... and unable to defend himself in a trial. That means his actions afterward should be questioned, at the very least, and his actions should be reviewed in the context of cognitive decline. He was not mentally capable of fully knowing his own actions.

His pardons should be nullified and void, or he should stand trial for the classified documents that he stole while he was VP.

Biden was not even in the WH when some of those were signed at the WH- don’t you want to know who was actually running things and signing all those EO’s-

Do you need to be in the WH to sign an EO?

Okay I know what the righties are getting at. Biden is a drooling and senile old man who is also a diabolical genius who can’t sign his own name because he was too busy weaponizing the Justice Dept., and cutting deals with foreign governments to make a gazillion dollars for him and his family. Meanwhile Trump, being the honest, strong, and noble he-man of a leader that he is, sat down and signed 89 executive orders and 1500 pardons with such magnificent control that they all looked exactly the same.

And your point? If Biden ordered them signed and he wasn't in the WH at the time, does it matter? Think Trump signs everything by hand, including all 1,500 Jan 6 pardons?
